TERMS & CONDITIONS
By making your reservation with JMF Luxury Transportation, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

CONFIRMATIONS
Credit card information will be required when you make your reservation. Upon receipt of your reservation request, subject to availability, we will email your confirmation. Reservations are not valid, unless you received a confirmation email from reservations@jmfluxurytransportation.com. Our chauffeurs are not allowed to make reservations, verbal confirmations will be void. We recommend that you make your reservation at least 24 hours prior to the actual pick-up time. However, last minute reservations are possible depending on vehicle availability. Please check your confirmation carefully. If you find any errors in the confirmation email, please contact us immediately. Our drivers will be routed by the information on the confirmation email, such as pick up address and pick up times.

RATES
Rates are subject to availability and may change without notice prior to making the reservation. Rates will not change once the reservation has been approved and confirmed via email. All rides after 2+ Hours will be reversed as an hourly charter. The client will be informed before reservation is accepted.

WAITING TIME
Your vehicle is dispatched according to the flight’s estimated time of arrival. Billing shall revert to the prevailing hourly rate in the event the client is delayed at baggage claim, or the waiting time is exceeded, beyond the allotted thirty (30) minutes for domestic flights, (35) minutes for private FBO’s, (60) minutes for international flights. JMF Luxury Transportation monitors all private flights and commercial airline arrivals. There is a 30-minute time allowance on Domestic and 60 minutes on International from the time flight land. There is a 30-minute time allowance from the scheduled Seaport pickup and 15 minutes from local address pickups. After time allowance, there will be $15 charge per 15 minutes added on Luxury Sedan/SUV. After 1.5 hrs. waiting time ride reverts to hourly charter charge from original scheduled time. Additional Stops less than 20 min on Luxury Sedan/SUV – $25. Additional Requested Stop exceeding 20 min is billed as additional hour based on the hourly rate on selected vehicle.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
We will authorize your credit card as soon as the reservation is made. The card must have sufficient available funds or your reservation will be cancelled. We don`t keep credit card information. We use a secure credit card gateway to process all credit card payments.

EXCESS CLEANING FEE | VEHICLE DAMAGE
If, during or after the transportation service, the company is required to expend an extended amount of time and material to clean the vehicle due to acts of the client or any passenger (i.e., spilling food & drinks, vomiting, prohibited smoking, excessive trash) , the company, at its discretion, will charge client additional fees to cover such expense. Damage to the vehicle in any way caused by actions of the client or any passenger will be charged in full to the client. The minimum clean up fee is $150.

PROPERTY TRANSPORTED
JMF Luxury Transportation cannot assume responsibility for the handling or maintenance of any baggage or other property, nor for any property left in the company’s vehicles. We will do everything possible to secure and retrieve any belongings left in the vehicle. Please always check thoroughly prior to leaving the vehicle for all your personal belongings.

CANCELLATIONS
JMF Luxury Transportation requires cancellations BY EMAIL at least 6 hours prior to scheduled pickups for local (Miami-Fort Lauderdale-West Palm Beach) One Way Transfers for Standard Sedan and SUVs. Long distance trips over 50 miles from Miami International Airport require a 24 hours cancellation request by email. Any cancellation not made within the required time by email will be charged the full rate of the scheduled trip. Hourly charters reservations require 24 hours prior notice of cancellation. Please email your cancellation request to reservations@jmfluxurytransportation.com to avoid a charge for the full amount of your reservation.

DRUGS | SMOKING
NO illegal substances may be consumed in vehicles, NO exceptions. JMF Luxury Transportation has the right to cancel the service and call law enforcement if passengers are found carrying or using illegal substances. Smoking is prohibited.

CAR SEATS
JMF Luxury Transportation assumes no responsibility for any injury, or damages suffer by the user. Any car seat provided by JMF Luxury Transportation must be installed by the customer using our services. Chauffeurs are neither authorized nor certified to install any type of car seat provided by JMF Luxury Transportation.
